Should I pay off or close a credit card to get a better mortgage?

Paying off a credit card is one of the best things you can do to raise your score and qualify for a better mortgage, but closing a card is among the worst. Información sobre ICO

Iberfinancia

Hola,

If I close my current card in order to apply for a new rewards card, will this hurt my score?

Keeping your old card open while applying for a new card is completely doable. This will allow you to keep your length of credit history and not hurt your credit.
